Chocolate Chip Brownies πŸ˜œπŸ’˜πŸͺ🍫✨ Topped these with homemade chocolate frosting and vegan cookies!πŸ’›πŸ’› Love this dessert combo!✌🏽⚑️ Recipe, Brownies: 1 cup all purpose flour (or gluten-free) 1/2 cup cacao powder 1/2 tsp baking powder 1 cup coconut sugar 1/2 cup coconut yogurt 1/2 cup coconut oil 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips Preheat oven at 375F(195c). Whisk everything except flour until combined and then add the flour. Bake in a lined pan for 25 to 30 minutes or until the brownie starts to pull away from the sides. Cookies: 1/4 cup peanut butter 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 cup coconut oil (melted) 1 cup coconut sugar 3 flax eggs (3 tbsp of flaxseeds mixed with 9 tbsp of water, rest for 5 minutes before adding) 2-3 cups all purpose flour 1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips Mix coconut oil, sugar, peanut butter baking powder and flax eggs until well combined. Start adding flour until a dough forms, add chocolate hips and bake at 375f(190c) for 8 minutes. Frosting made with 1/4 cup vegan coconut cream cheese, cacao powder and maple syrup combined.
